The method

How Lekuluent works, in five small steps

There is no programme to enrol in. How Lekuluent works is simply a loop: notice, read, change one thing, anchor it, reflect. Most people go round it in a week.

  1. One small lime cube alone on a wide empty plane

    01

Notice the worst part of the day

Pick the stretch that reliably feels rushed or heavy — the first hour, the mid-afternoon slump, the evening that never closes. You only need one.

  2. Two shapes separated by a single bright divider

    02

    Read one guide, not five

Open the Lekuluent guide for that part of the day and read it once, fully. Resist collecting more pages; more reading is usually procrastination.

  3. Three nested rings turning around a bright centre

    03

    Change one thing

Take the single suggestion at the end of the guide and do it as written for a week, without improving it on day two.

  4. A rising row of blocks showing steady progress

    04

Let it sit in a rhythm

Give the change an anchor — after coffee, before the laptop opens, when the kitchen light goes off. Anchored changes survive interruption.

  5. A closed loop with one bright segment, showing review and repeat

    05

    Reflect, then keep or drop

At the end of the week ask what felt calmer and what you did just before it. Keep what helped, drop the rest without ceremony, and begin again.

The same loop with a real example

Say your evenings never end. You notice that the stretch between dinner and bed is where the day leaks, so you read the Lekuluent guidance on closing a day and take its single suggestion: a fixed cue that marks work as finished.

You anchor that cue to something already fixed — the moment the kitchen light goes off. For a week, nothing else changes. No new app, no earlier bedtime, no schedule.

At the end of the week you ask two questions: did any evening feel calmer, and what did I do just before it? If the cue helped, it stays and stops needing thought. If it did not, you drop it and read a different guide. That is all there is to the method.

Repeat the loop as slowly as you like. Lekuluent is designed so that one turn of it — one week, one change — is already worth the visit.
